A scarlet ambassador is a fancy word for "tour guide". When I am not working the desk at the Visitor's Center at Rutgers University, answering phone calls regarding student information - I am seen as the face of the University. Working with admissions, scarlet ambassadors host tours for all kinds of student profiles. We are generally the first interaction students will have at Rutgers University. We create a fun, exciting, and passion filled environment to convince new students that Rutgers University is the best in the nation.
